Pay Scale L5 to L9; Salary £54,939 to £60,644 (Pay Award Pending)

Springfield is a popular and inclusive 11-16 school, in which ‘leaders strive to ensure that every pupil feels valued [and] pupils understand the importance of their education’.  Ofsted judged the school to be ‘good’ across the board in April 2025.

You will be ambitious, well-qualified and highly motivated.   Experienced teachers with relevant experience within inclusive settings are welcome to apply, as are existing SENCOs.  The successful candidate will benefit from wide ranging CPD opportunities, including the NPQ for SENCOs.
